A: Our rates are based on 1-7 day hire. This means there is no limit to the length of time you can hire our furniture.
A: Unfortunately, we only deal with trade customers like PR companies, party and wedding planners, event organisers and corporate customers.
A: Within 14 days of delivery date 25% of the hire charge is payable. Within 7 days of delivery date 50% of the hire charge is payable. Within 2 days of delivery date 100% is payable.
A: Any damages on site will be recorded by our collection team. Your signature will be required for acceptance and then our processing team will be in touch with you should any charges apply.

A: Yes! We offer long term office furniture hire from a few days to a few years. You can also extend, update or amend your order at any time.
A: There is no limit on how long you can hire our office furniture for and if you need to extend you hire period at any time, that's fine, we'll be happy to help you do this. And what’s more - the longer the hire period the cheaper the unit price!
A: By hiring at a low weekly cost, you do not need to use capital expenditure to buy the furniture outright. We offer desks from as little as £3.80 and operator chairs from £3.25 per week* with extra discounts available for larger quantities and hire periods. You can also include the monthly rental fees within your business operating costs to benefit from tax savings.

We deliver furniture and will collect again from anywhere in the UK! We also offer a furniture installation service.
A: We deliver and collect at a time convenient to you 24/7. However, our standard delivery times are 8AM – 5.30PM.

A: Our minimum order spend is £250.00.
A: Yes. We charge a non-refundable slight damage waiver of 3% on all orders. This covers general cleaning, wear and tear.

A: Yes, a deposit must be made in order to secure your furniture order and full payment must be cleared before your delivery date.
A: You will only need to pay a damage deposit if you have chosen to collect and return the furniture you hire from us using your own transport.
A: If we have agreed to refund you for any reason, the agreed refund will be paid to you within 14 days.
