Standard Delivery and Collection

City Furniture Hire can deliver to any size event and supply to many events on a weekly basis. To reduce costs and keep it economic for our customer base, our usual delivery or collection slots are as follows:

  • Standard delivery time: 8AM to 5PM
  • Morning delivery time: 8AM to 12PM*
  • Afternoon delivery time: 12PM to 5PM*
  • Timed 2-hour slot*

Delivery and Collection With Specific Times
We also offer a 24 hour 7 day delivery service, covering specific timing requirements for our customers.  Our full workforce are available on demand to meet your needs.

Installations and Removals
Our team of experienced professionals will assist in the installation and removal of the hire furniture.  They are highly efficient and have worked on all sizes of events, exhibitions and festivals over the years. They are supported by dedicated transport and site managers to ensure a smooth, efficient process on delivery and collection days.

Save Money With Customer Collection & Return
Customers can also arrange their own transport if they wish to do so. Simply collect and return your hire furniture from our warehouse network. By pre arranging a collection, we will ensure that your furniture is prepared and ready to go. You can reduce the cost of your order by using this method.
